RPRN will be hosting its annual meeting on September 20-21st in Kansas City, MO. Meetings will take place at the Economic Research Service (Friday) and the Hotel Indigo Downtown (Saturday). Registration closes on August 12th. Please contact the RPRN Chair (Danielle Rhubart - dcr185@psu.edu) with any questions. Friday, September 20th will include: (1) Background presentation for new members and member updates; (2) Presentation of "Future Directions for ​Rural Population Research: ​Findings from RPRN’s Stakeholder Listening Sessions​"; (3) Guest Presentations from ERS, NIFA, and the Federal Reserve Bank representatives; and (4) Member Flash Talks. Saturday, September 21st will include a morning business meeting and an afternoon educational field trip to Flint Hills and the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve.
